The Freeride 7.2 sail offers a good planning start and an excellent control/speed ratio. The Freeride 7.2 is stable and performs well and is light on manoeuvres.
The Freeride 7.2 sail has been specially designed for Nautix:
The X-Ply monofilm sail saves weight and guarantees a longer life.
Our sails are designed in France by the windsurf design specialist TEIVA SAILS. A close collaboration between Teiva and the Nautix R&D team allows a modern design while preserving the Nautix commitment to quality.
The Freeride 7.2 has six fibreglass battens with batten caps to protect them from chafing. The battens are adjusted with screws and the Freeride 7.2 has two sheeting adjustments. The head of the sail is adjustable. The mast foot has an integrated protection. The boom can be easily adjusted by means of a marker.
The Nautix Freeride 7.2 sail is designed for all-round use. It is recommended for light winds and slalom/freeride sailing.
The Freeride sails are compatible with RDM/SDM constant curve masts.
The Freeride 7.2 can be rigged with a minimum boom length of 2.10m and a 4.80m carbon mast.
We deliver the Freeride 7.2 in a sail bag.
To keep your Freeride 7.2 as long as possible, Nautix advises you to rinse it with fresh water after each windsurfing session.
To store it, find a place where it won’t get banged around or exposed to unnecessary sunlight.
Nautix is a French brand created in 1980 by passionate windsurfers. We are proud to have been supporting sailing clubs for 40 years.
