PUSH PIN TENDON PLATE
The Nautix push pin tendon plate is a reference on the market. It is designed to connect the rig to the board by fixing to a standard rail. It fits almost all windsurfing boards.
MAINTENANCE
The plates are wearing parts subject to high pressure when sailing. For your safety, it is recommended to write on it the date of the first use, to check pieces regularly and change them every year. For more occasional use, change it every 2 years.
A PUSH PIN OR CUP SYSTEM
The Push Pin system, also called US Pin or Cup, is widely used in North America. This very reliable system allows a better distribution of forces between the Cup and the joint. There is no risk of it getting stuck in the sand. The “Nx Tech” tendon part is a product of Nautix R&D. It is manufactured with high quality resins for increased durability.
The Nautix tendon plate is equipped with a flexible “Shock Absorber” washer that limits vibrations and compressions without altering the board’s anti-slip properties.
RECOMMENDATION FOR THE PUSH PIN TENDON PLATE
The push pin tendon mast base is recommended for regular freeride and competition windsurfers.
